The online open-sourse scholarly peer-reviewed Journal Paradigms of Management, Economics and Law

The founder of the Journal is the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Under the President of the Russian Federation" (RANEPA).

The Journal is registered in the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor). Registration number: № ЭЛ № ФС 77 — 78424 of June 15, 2020.

Editorial Policy of the Journal

Mission

The editorial policy of the Journal Paradigms of Management, Economics and Law is aimed at exchanging the results of original research in broad range of areas related to management, economics and law. The Journal provides overviews and up-to-date information within the scope of the stated research interests.

Objectives

• to publish original research on a broad range of topics in Management, Economics and Law of Russian and international contributors; scientific outcomes on social processes of complex interdisciplinary research and deep analytical materials on human and society development are also welcome;
• to promote joint international research with a focus on the topical issues of legal, economic, management studies;
• to enhance research quality due to Open Access Policy;
• to obtain new relevant data for social and economic development of the Russian Federation, its subjects and municipalities;
• to establish scientific cooperation between researchers from different regions and countires.

Conducting an Open Access policy, the Journal is ccessible to a global academic audience. The editorial policy takes into account the profie of RANEPA prioritizing research related to problems of Management, Economics and Law. The Journal contributors and audience are researchers, practitioners in public and municipal administration, faculty memebers, doctorate and postgraduate students.

History

The first issue of the Journal was published in 2009 under the title VAPA Scientific Bulletin, Series: Economics. Due to the transformation of the university in 2014, the name of the Journal was changed to Scientific Bulletin of the Volgograd Branch of RANEPA. Series: Economics (Political and Social Sciences Law) " and in 2020 - to Paradigms of Management, Economics and Law.

The Journal publishes independent contributors` research as well materials of conferences, round tables, discussion clubs and other scientific events held at the Volgograd Institute of Management, branch of RANEPA.

The Editorial Council and the Editorial Board contribute to the Journal being a scientific discussion platform where, within the framework of the current legislation on freedom of speech, each author could express the point of view. The Editorial Policy principles include openness, high quality of publications, and strict adherence to ethical standards in publishing activities. The Publication Policy is determined by the Editorial Board to promote integrity in research.
